The job market lacked a streamlined, real-time communication platform where: Students could track application status transparently Recruiters could manage applicants efficiently Communication between both parties was delayed or fragmented No intelligent tracking of job hunt progress existed Media handling and resume uploads were inefficient The goal was to build a scalable, modern platform bridging this gap.
